Kebijakan Privasi AutoCare

Ringkasnya: data kendaraan, servis, BBM, nota, dan foto Anda disimpan di Google Drive milik Anda sendiri, bukan di server pengembang. Server lisensi AutoCare hanya menyimpan email, nomor WhatsApp, dan kode lisensi untuk aktivasi. Kami tidak menjual data dan tidak memakai data untuk iklan.

1. Tentang AutoCare

AutoCare adalah aplikasi web pencatat perawatan motor dan mobil yang berjalan di Google Apps Script. Aplikasi berjalan atas nama akun Google Anda: semua data yang Anda catat disimpan di spreadsheet dan folder "AutoCare" di Google Drive Anda.

2. Data Google yang diakses dan alasannya

Menjalankan pemicu terjadwal	Menjalankan pengingat harian dan cadangan mingguan yang Anda aktifkan sendiri.
Terhubung ke layanan luar	Menghubungi server lisensi AutoCare untuk memeriksa status lisensi.

AutoCare tidak membaca email Anda dan tidak membuka file Drive lain selain yang dibuat atau Anda pilih untuk AutoCare.

3. Data yang disimpan oleh pengembang

Untuk aktivasi dan pengelolaan lisensi, server lisensi AutoCare (Google Sheet milik pengembang) menyimpan:

alamat email akun Google, nomor WhatsApp yang Anda masukkan, dan kode lisensi;
waktu pendaftaran, waktu terakhir aktif, dan versi aplikasi;
catatan aktivitas keamanan (waktu, email, jenis permintaan, hasil) untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan.

Kode verifikasi (OTP) hanya disimpan sementara dalam bentuk hash selama beberapa menit. Server lisensi tidak menerima data kendaraan, riwayat servis, nota, foto, atau isi Drive Anda.

4. Email dari pengembang

Kode lisensi, kode verifikasi (OTP), dan email "akun aktif" dikirim dari akun Google pengembang ke alamat email Anda. Bila admin mengaktifkan pengiriman OTP lewat WhatsApp, nomor WhatsApp dan kode OTP diteruskan ke penyedia pesan WhatsApp hanya untuk mengirim kode tersebut.

5. Berbagi data

Kami tidak menjual, menyewakan, atau membagikan data Anda kepada pihak ketiga, tidak memakainya untuk iklan, dan tidak memakainya untuk melatih model AI. Data hanya dibagikan bila Anda sendiri memintanya (misalnya mengundang anggota Garasi keluarga), bila diwajibkan hukum, atau untuk menjaga keamanan layanan.

Penggunaan dan pemindahan informasi yang diterima AutoCare dari Google API ke aplikasi lain akan mematuhi Kebijakan Data Pengguna Layanan Google API, termasuk persyaratan Penggunaan Terbatas (Limited Use).

6. Penyimpanan dan penghapusan

Data di Drive Anda sepenuhnya di bawah kendali Anda. Menghapus folder dan spreadsheet "AutoCare" menghapus data tersebut.
Mencabut akses: buka myaccount.google.com/permissions, pilih AutoCare, lalu hapus akses. Pengingat email dan cadangan otomatis dapat dimatikan di aplikasi.
Data di server lisensi disimpan selama akun AutoCare Anda aktif. Anda dapat meminta penghapusan melalui totosudiyanto@gmail.com; permintaan diproses paling lambat 30 hari. Catatan aktivitas keamanan dibersihkan secara berkala.

7. Keamanan

Seluruh data diproses di infrastruktur Google dengan koneksi terenkripsi (HTTPS). Permintaan ke server lisensi ditandatangani secara kriptografis dan identitas akun diverifikasi dengan token resmi Google.

8. Hak Anda

Sesuai Undang-Undang Nomor 27 Tahun 2022 tentang Pelindungan Data Pribadi, Anda berhak meminta informasi, perbaikan, dan penghapusan data pribadi Anda, serta menarik persetujuan. Hubungi kami melalui kontak di bawah.

9. Anak-anak

AutoCare tidak ditujukan bagi pengguna yang belum memenuhi batas usia untuk memiliki akun Google sendiri.

10. Perubahan kebijakan

Perubahan akan diumumkan di halaman ini dengan tanggal berlaku yang baru, dan bila penting juga di Changelog aplikasi.

AutoCare Privacy Policy

In short: your vehicle, service, fuel, receipt and photo data is stored in your own Google Drive, not on the developer's servers. The AutoCare license server stores only your email address, WhatsApp number and license code for activation. We never sell data or use it for advertising.

1. About AutoCare

AutoCare is a web app for tracking motorcycle and car maintenance, built on Google Apps Script. It runs as your Google account: everything you record is stored in a spreadsheet and an "AutoCare" folder in your Google Drive.

2. Google user data we access and why

Access	Purpose
Your Google account email address	Identify your account, check your license, and address your reminder emails.
Google Sheets	Create and manage your AutoCare database spreadsheet (vehicles, services, parts, fuel, documents).
Google Drive (only files AutoCare creates or that you select for it)	Create the AutoCare folder; store the receipts, vehicle photos, Service Book PDFs and backups you create; share the database with family members you invite.
Send email on your behalf	Send reminder emails (tax, inspection, insurance, service) to your own address, and invitation emails to family members you enter.
Run scheduled triggers	Run the daily reminders and weekly backups you choose to turn on.
Connect to an external service	Contact the AutoCare license server to check your license status.

AutoCare does not read your email and does not open Drive files other than those it creates or that you select for it.

3. Data stored by the developer

For activation and license management, the AutoCare license server (a Google Sheet owned by the developer) stores:

your Google account email address, the WhatsApp number you enter, and your license code;
registration time, last active time and app version;
a security activity log (time, email, request type, result) to prevent abuse.

Verification codes (OTP) are kept only temporarily, as a hash, for a few minutes. The license server never receives your vehicle data, service history, receipts, photos or Drive contents.

4. Emails from the developer

License codes, verification codes (OTP) and "account activated" emails are sent from the developer's Google account to your email address. If the administrator enables OTP delivery via WhatsApp, your WhatsApp number and the OTP are passed to the WhatsApp messaging provider solely to deliver that code.

5. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train AI models. Data is shared only when you ask for it (for example, inviting members to a Family Garage), when required by law, or to keep the service secure.

AutoCare's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

6. Retention and deletion

Data in your Drive is fully under your control. Deleting the "AutoCare" folder and spreadsheet deletes that data.
Revoking access: visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select AutoCare and remove access. Email reminders and automatic backups can be turned off in the app.
License server data is kept while your AutoCare account is active. You may request deletion at totosudiyanto@gmail.com; requests are completed within 30 days. Security logs are cleared periodically.

7. Security

All data is processed on Google infrastructure over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Requests to the license server are cryptographically signed, and account identity is verified with official Google ID tokens.

8. Your rights

Under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you may request access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent. Contact us using the details below.

9. Children

AutoCare is not intended for users below the minimum age required to have their own Google account.

10. Changes

Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date and, when significant, in the app's Changelog.
